Shepherd Timeclock
Shepherd TimeClock is the "Next Generation TimeClock Solution." It is a Web-based Time and Attendance application that applies Microsoft Security Integration (Active Directory) to verify the user's identity and control their access into the application's resources. The application will integrate seamlessly into your current network environment. Shepherd TimeClock has an audit compliant report that will show the supervisor/administrator the name of the computer along with the IP address that the employee used to clock in or out with.
The employee has the ability to view their last activity, current status, the current time of the workstation, and print their time card by date selection. The employee cannot edit or change their time. When the employee prints their time card, they can choose any previous dates. Shepherd TimeClock application uses the server's time when the employee clocks in or out not the local workstations time thus increasing security and accuracy.
The supervisor/administrator has the ability to make corrections to an employee's time or add in vacation, sick, PTO and many others. The time card will track the supervisor/administrator that has made the changes to an employee's time. The supervisor/administrator can view and save the summary reports. Reports are created using Crystal Reporting.
